This Challenge is more than just your typical body transformation challenge. This one has a huge focus on your self love, healing and self compassion! Whilst we dive into healthier habits, improvements to your nutrition and moving your body!

There is a $150 registration fee to secure your spot (and purchases your challenge pack). From there you pay $45 per week to access as many classes with TEAM SHIFT per week as you would like! This challenge also includes 3 x super Saturdays in this price (Ice Baths, Sunrise session and a gals night in!). 

FOR NOW, You pay to secure your spot! Dont pay anything further until the first week of the challenge. Make sure you select which gym you will be calling your home gym! WE CANNOT WAIT TO HAVE YOU.
